The carnival procession devoted to the eightieth anniversary of Kirovsky district, which was attended by students of Preparatory faculty from Zambia, Ghana, Yemen, Lebanon, Palestine, Syria, Nigeria, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Jordan, Albania, Macedonia, Nepal, Sri Lanka , Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, has taken place on May, 27.
Participants of this event have passed from the House of Cinema to the Don State Public Library in national costumes, showing a colorful variety of their countries traditional male and female garb. Dancing and singing, drums and guitar sounds, colorful costumes and garments — all this made a great impression on all the spectators. Friendly atmosphere prevailed at the festival. International students got acquainted enthusiastically with Russian traditions and, in turn, represented the culture of their peoples.
