Students from Angola, Nigeria, the Republic of Bangladesh, Sierra Leone, Turkmenistan, the Central African Republic, Ecuador and Equatorial Guinea together with the Dean I.A. Tropina and senior methodologist O.S. Melikova visited the Don State Public Library and got acquainted with the book monuments fund, rare and valuable publications. It was an experience full of discoveries and inspiration. Students were particularly impressed by one of the early books in the collection — the paleotype “Works” by Marcus Tullius Cicero (1538), as well as a miniature edition of Eugene Onegin by A.S. Pushkin (1899).
