The results of academic performance and cognitive activity of foreign students of the Faculty of General Medicine training in English Medium were summed up at the Department of Russian Language No. 2. Foreigners study such disciplines as “Russian as a foreign language”, “The Language of Medical Science”, and “The practice of professional communication”.
Some of the 2nd year students have shown special diligence in their studies and interest in learning the Russian language. They made presentations and participated in conferences, won prizes at the Olympiad and passed the exam in Russian as a foreign language with excellent results.
The head of the department N.A. Ranneva presented certificates of honor to the best students for excellent studies and active participation in events held at the department: 
Shivaji Aarin (India), Borgogoy Aishu (India), Archie Shuravi Ahmed (Bangladesh), Singh Anya (India), Sharma Vinay (India).

N.A. Ranneva congratulated the excellent students and noted their high cultural and educational level, discipline and efficiency – qualities necessary for future doctors. Students also received a memorable gift – the book “Practical Grammar of the Russian language in tables and comments” which will help them in further learning the Russian language as they will live and study in Russia for another 4 years.
